Dr. Osborne did a great job. I was pleased with the results and was suprised at how easy the whole process really was. The veneers look great and feel totally natural. Dr. Osborne's staff really puts the icing on the cake.
I want to send a quick note to you to let you know how much we appreciate you. In the 4 years we lived in Fayetteville, my husband and I felt we were always provided excellent dental care from talented professionals. Whenever we visited or called your office, it was always a pleasant experience with a real flair of Southern hospitality. Not many people can say that about the dentist! Separately, we had 3 experiences right before moving to Singapore that were the "icing on the cake" in terms of quality dental care. 1. In mid Feb, my mother was in town visiting prior to a mother/daughter trip to Hawaii. A day before we were scheduled to leave, her crown fell off leaving a big whole in the center of her mouth. She was devastated! You were able to work her & and quickly fix the issue. It was a trip that neither of us will ever forgot & I'm even more grateful that we went on the trip now that I live 20,000 miles away. 2. After moving to Singapore, I had to submit paperwork for dental claims of which I had lost the receipt. Melissa took the receipts to the P&G office, had someone scan the receipts and then forward them to me via email. Really, over and beyond the call of duty. We have been in Singapore now for 2.5 months and really enjoy living in Asia. It is so different than living in Fayetteville, but both place are special in their unique ways. If we are lucky enough to move back to Fayetteville after our international assignment, we will surely become patients at your practice.
